Cooking Classes
Enrica is offering the possibility to have a cooking class in the comfort of your apartment, run
by one of her trusted friends and local cooks. If you so wish to partake in one of the now famous
cooking classes run by Enrica in her home in Venice, you can easily book a day with her and will
be assited in making the short journey from your apartment into Venice.

 

Excursions and Villas
The Brenta River can be appreciated by a full-day tour, these days on a modern boat, but which
follow the route made by the luxurious Burchiello barges. These operated between Venice and
Padova in the 17th and 18th century.

The excursion is highly interesting from a historical, cultural and artistic point of view. Along the
Canal you can admire more than fifty villas, once summer residences of the Venetian nobility.
Along the way, Il Burchiello stops at three of the most important mansions: Villa Pisani,
Barchessa Valmarana or Villa Widmann and Villa Foscari "Malcontenta".

 

All / Half Day Wine Tour 
Tours and wine tasting of selected wine producers in the Valpolicella and Soave area, with an
unforgetable lunch.

 

Prosecco Tour
Through Enrica’s connections you will have access to one of Italy’s most beautiful and still in
tact privatley owned wine estates. With a visit to the private castle which has been the home
of the Collalto family for over a thousand years.
Tastings at Col Vetoraz, who still own part of the Mont" of Cartizze in S. Stefano di
Valdobbiadene.  This is one of the highest spots in Cartizze, 400 metres above sea level, from
where the vista of the whole area around the hamlet of “fol” can be seen.

Wine selection, babysitting, transfers from the airport and train station, daily cleaning services,
